Come and enjoy the ULTIMATE game with us this season! As a non-contact sport filled with fun and spirit, this 5-on-5 game is suitable for people of all levels and abilities.

We play 5-on-5 Ultimate year round with options to play on the field in the summer and on the turf in the fall and winter.

If you’ve ever thrown a frisbee, then you are ready to play Ultimate!

HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Play indoor Turf Ultimate on Monday nights this season for 55-minutes with rotating start times.
Play outdoor field Ultiamte on Wednesday nights this season for 90-minutes with 6:30pm start times.
All turf ultimate games are played at East Coast Varsity Dome in Dartmouth. Field ultimate games are played on fields across Halifax and Dartmouth including (but not limited to) St. Catherine’s Elementary, J. Albert Walker Field, Graves Oakley Park Field and Dartmouth South Academy.
Late May to Early September
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two days prior to your first game
Sign up as a team, an individual or an individual with teammate requests

Skill Division & Roster

Ultimate is offered at the recreational and intermediate skill levels.
HSSC will assemble individual teams and you will be encouraged to connect with your teammates via your team portal prior to your first game.
All leagues are mixed gender and teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field.

Each team is required to bring equipment: 1 disc and 5 pylons (not available to rent with HSSC).
