Everything you need to know about what HSSC provides, what players bring, equipment return dates, and how team captains can rent equipment for the season.
Depending on the sport, HSSC may provide nets, balls, cones, bases, sticks, bowling equipment, curling equipment, lawn bowling equipment, or other required gear.
Some equipment is provided on-site, some equipment is delivered to individual teams, and some equipment must be rented or picked up by the team captain.
Players should bring proper footwear, water, sport-specific gear, and anything listed in their sport rules.
Full-team captains are responsible for confirming equipment needs and making sure their team is ready for game night.

Softball teams requiring Fall equipment should attend one of the listed pick-up dates after paying the rental deposit.
Dodgeball and Flag Football teams renting equipment can expect equipment to be delivered at their first game of the season.
Plan ahead. These are pop-up events and HSSC staff will not be at this location outside the listed dates and times.
Full teams should confirm equipment needs before the season begins. Individual teams should nominate one player to coordinate equipment when needed.

Teams may bring their own equipment or place a refundable deposit to borrow equipment from HSSC for the season.

$250 refundable depositClick the orange deposit button and use the registration function. Select “Individual” to view available equipment options, then place your refundable equipment deposit using a credit card.
You will borrow the equipment for the season and receive your deposit back once the equipment is returned.
Equipment rentals must be secured before the final Equipment Pick-Up Session. Rentals secured after that date are subject to a $30 late fee.
Late rentals become the responsibility of the team captain or representative to pick up at a mutually agreed upon location.
