Come and enjoy the ULTIMATE game with us this season! As a non-contact sport filled with fun and spirit, this 5-on-5 game is suitable for people of all levels and abilities.

We play 5-on-5 Ultimate year round with options to play on the field in the summer and on the turf in the fall and winter.

HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Play Turf Ultimate on Monday nights this season
Turf Ultimate games are 55-minutes long with rotating start times
All turf ultimate games are played at East Coast Varsity Dome in Dartmouth
Early September through mid-December
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two days prior to your first game
Sign up as a team, an individual or an individual with teammate requests

Skill Division & Roster

Turf ultimate is offered at the recreational skill level.
HSSC will assemble individual teams and you will be encouraged to connect with your teammates via your team portal prior to your first game.
All leagues are mixed gender and teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field.

Each team is required to bring equipment: 1 disc and 5 pylons (not available to rent with HSSC).
