Come and enjoy the ULTIMATE game with us this season! As a non-contact sport filled with fun and spirit, this 5-on-5 game is suitable for people of all levels and abilities.

We play 5-on-5 Ultimate year round with options to play on the field in the summer and on the turf in the fall and winter.

HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Play Ultimate on Wednesdays with 6:30pm start times (time adjusted in late-August with earlier sunset).
Ultimate games are played across Halifax and Dartmouth with some of the main fields being St. Catherine’s School, Dartmouth South Academy, J. Albert Walker Field, Graves Oakley Field and Rockingstone Heights.
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two days prior to your first game
Sign up as a team, an individual or an individual with teammate requests

Skill Division & Roster

Ultimate is offered at the intermediate and recreational skill level.
HSSC will assemble individual teams and you will be encouraged to connect with your teammates via your team portal prior to your first game.
All leagues are mixed gender and teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field.
