All participants, including substitute players, must complete a liability waiver before participating in Sport & Social Club activities.
Complete The WaiverEvery player must be rostered and have a completed waiver on file. Teams using players who have not completed the waiver may be removed from league play without refund or warning.
If you registered as an individual, you completed your waiver when you created your online profile and registered for your program.
No further steps are required.
When you invite teammates to your roster, they will receive an invitation link and be asked to complete the waiver online.
Please make sure every player, including substitutes, is added to your roster.
If you are filling in for a team, you still need to complete the online waiver before you play.
Substitute players can complete the free online waiver registration process before participating in any HSSC activity.
This ensures you have signed the waiver and agreed to SSC policies ahead of game night.
