This non-contact sport uses flags in place of traditional tackling and requires teams to have quick hands!

HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Play flag football on Thursday nights this season
Field Flag football is played for 55 minutes at East Coast Varisty Dome with start times between 7pm and 11pm.
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two days prior to your first game
Register to play as a team, an individual or an individual with teammate requests

Skill Division & Roster

HSSC offers flag football at the recreational skill
Individual teams will be assembled by HSSC and equipment will be provided for the individual team
All leagues are mixed gender and teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field.

All leagues are self-officiated

Small sided games – 7v7. Field setup is 3 games (setup width wide) on one full size soccer pitch.

Each team is required to bring equipment: belts and flags for the team (available to rent with HSSC). Rented euqipment will be brought to teams at their first game.
